Isolation switch preΩ₽vents mistakes

The isolating switch coδ↔★ntrol wiring and the corresponding circ≤♠uit breaker are locked, w¶‍☆©hich can effectively prevent t•‌∑‌he pull and combine i≈€solation switch with load. Howe✘π→$ver, in the operation oδ•↕∑f the bus-side disconnecting swσ♣>∏itch and the line-side disconnecting ♠ switch, due to human factors, the ope&&™∑ration sequence may be reversed. This®₹ is not allowed by the s¥$ witch and the operation principle ♣≥of the switch, and is aγ₩♣lso one of the causes of the÷→​ accident in the power system ₹. In order to prevent the i©π→ solation switch operation seque↓'nce from being reversed, t €he plant and station that have€​★δ not used the program lock to preve§₩>∏nt mistakes will be improved by  φthe original isolating switch co>♥ntrol wiring, which can prevent misoper¶★αation and reduce unnecessary accide'✔↔©nts.

1.Isolation switch contr♣★ol locking circuit improvement princip‌×le

In the isolation switch control an↕δ>d lockout circuit, the auxiliar✘π±y contact of the isola £tion switch is serially connected, that±∞¶ is, the bus side isolation switch cπ÷$₩ontrols the normally closed§€☆ auxiliary contact of the li←€​Ωne isolation switch in the la↔¶tching loop, and the line sid" e isolation switch control loop is con♥π♣nected to the bus side isol↔™↑ation switch. Open the auxiliary contac•££↔ts.

2. Use the electromagnetic ✘& lock to prevent the error of isol®§'​ation and open and close the lock wir¥≈δ e (take single bus line as ₩↓an example). Figure 1 s±δδ♣hows the original control w↔©πiring. This type of ®↑wiring can effectively α↕prevent pull-out and σ‌ λdisconnect switches wi÷§th load, but it may cause the order of €​operation of the disconnect s∏×witch to be reversed.

This ₽‌type of wiring not only prevents the>÷£π load from pulling a£±>×nd closing the isolation switch↓ε, but also prevents the violation oπ<®f the operating princi↓€✘ples of the switch and the switch. 3.
